Billing

All or part of your treatment fees may be reimbursed by your extended health care plan, dependent upon the details of your plan. If you do not have coverage through your extended health care plan you may still be covered by a spouse’s plan or a parent’s plan depending on the details of the plan. You are responsible for any deductibles or fees not covered by your insurance.

Your insurance plan may require a doctor’s referral to process your expense claim. Please take a moment to check your insurance plan before commencing treatment to avoid complications. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Interac, and cash for payment.
